Welcome to North Star Ledgers. Many small business owners start out of a deep passion for their craft—not a love for sorting through messy spreadsheets and receipts at midnight. That is where I come in. My name is Steve Eggiman. 

After graduating from Moorhead State University and spending over 20 years in the finance world, I decided to take my passion for numbers and process mapping to the next level. I launched North Star Ledgers to give local business owners their time back by keeping their financial paths clear, organized, and stress-free.

• The Expert Side: I am a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. I use my 20+ years of corporate finance background (from personal banker to CFO) to optimize your bookkeeping systems, so they work seamlessly for you.

• The Family Side: I have been happily married to my beautiful wife for over 20 years, and we are the proud parents of three great kids and a giant Bernese mountain dog named Durx.

• The Community Side: I serve as a volunteer firefighter, helping protect the community we all call home.

• The Adventure Side: My family and I love to get outside. Whether it's camping, surfing, or mountain biking, we are always on the move. Most of all, we love family road trips—our recent trek out to Glacier National Park was hands-down the most beautiful place we have ever been!
